His Excellency Kumar Tuhin, the Indian High Commissioner to Namibia, led an inter-ministerial team from India during a visit to NUST in March 2017.

NUST will soon establish a new Centre of Excellence in Information Technology, courtesy of the Indian Government. The President of India, H.E. Shri Pranab Mukherjee, pledged his country’s support for Namibia’s skills development when he made the announcement during his address to the Namibian academic community at NUST as part of a three-day state visit to Namibia last week.
